Program in PDF

The Summit will not be broadcast live. However, it will be recorded. You will see a camera team in the conference room during the day. Pictures will also be taken during the day which may be used by Svemin in various contexts. If you do not want to be included in photographs from the day, contact Svemin via email or notify us on site.

There will be other conferences at Scandic Kiruna at the same time as The Environmental Summit. We are a large group and there may be queues at lunch. Please be patient with this.

Regarding the study visits on 5 October

  • All study visits include a light lunch.
  • All study visits will be back at Scandic between approximately 11:30 and 11:40.
  • There will be buses leaving from Scandic to Kiruna Airport at 12:45, for those going with the flight that departs at 14:00.
  • Do not forget to check out of the hotel in the morning, when you leave for your study visit. There can easily be queues if everyone checks out at the same time, especially in connection with the transfer bus that leaves at 12:45 from Scandic to the airport.

All information is also available in the downloadable PDF program above.
